annika hand to hand

Come get upside down with Annika! All levels welcome. Its a practice of finding balance.

There always comes a time when we want to go upside down. It’s really good for you if you know how to do it, it’s not if you don’t… Learn about headstands, handstands, and I guess other things, are there other things?  She’ll let you know, and help you with doing it safely

Body awareness exercises, conditioning, and technique drills to help you be safe and strong wherever you’re at with inversions. Be it jump-thrus, headstands, forearm stands, handstands, handstand presses…

We often refer to Annika as “Extra Credit”, she’s always up to something great.  Annika trained under Master Lu Yi and performed as a member of Acrosanct, as well as spends a ton of time upside down. Seriously.

Lu Yi Bio from acrosanct

He was recently awarded the first AYCO Circus Education Lifetime Achievement Award.
