I have been a physical therapist for 27 years and began working as a student with Matt in 2011.  I started with an hour a week with Matt, doing
martial arts based fitness training, then experienced Matt’s very gifted bodywork, and progressed to two 90 minute sessions a week of combat with weapons, wooden dummy, yoga, kick boxing, grappling and continued
